The Ascender Group’s solutions may collect, store, use or otherwise process personal information about individuals, as well as commercially sensitive information of our customers. Where personal information or customer confidential information is provided to any sub-contractor that is not an Ascender Group Company, our agreement with such sub-contractors will require that they keep personal information confidential and that they only use or disclose any personal information that we provide to them for the purposes of providing services to us.
